Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders may be placed via phone, email or online. If you are ordering over the phone, please have the item's UPC code available. This can be found on the product page.

Q: How do I pickup an order?

A: You may pickup your order during business hours of 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you want your order brought out to you, please call us when you are arrive. Otherwise, you may come into the store and obtain your order from a store associate.

Q: If I place my order today, will I be able to pick it up the same day?

A: We are making every effort to fulfill orders for same-day pickup. Most online orders are ready in 1-2 business hours.

Q: Can I still get my helium cylinder refilled?

A: Yes, we are still refilling cylinders. However, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SAME-DAY SERVICE. ALL REFILLS WILL BE READY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Additionally, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH LOADING OR UNLOADING CYLINDERS FROM CUSTOMERS' VEHICLES. Please ensure you are able to load and unload the cylinder(s) unassisted. Small and medium-sized cylinders may be dropped off at the front of our store. Large cylinders must be dropped off at our warehouse (rear entrance.) Pick-up and delivery are also available for helium orders. Please call for details.
