Q: Am I required to place my order online?

Q: Is there a minimum order?

A: If you wish to have your items shipped, there is $25 minimum order. There is no minimum for orders picked up in store.

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

A: Shipping costs vary depending on weight, distance, and shipping method. You will see these shipping quotes in your checkout page. You can then select your desired method. Currently, we offer shipping options from USPS and UPS.

NOTE: We currently only ship to locations in the Continental USA.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders received by 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Q: Will balloons be shipped flat or inflated?

A: All balloons will be shipped flat. Pricing on our website reflects the same. We do inflate balloons, whether they are purchased from us or not. However, we do not deliver or ship inflated balloons. If you wish to purchase inflated balloons, you will need to pick them up from our store. For pricing, please call us at 210-524-2345.

Q: Can I pick up my order in person?

A: If you would like to pick up your order in person, you may do so by selecting "In-Store Pickup" from the checkout page. You will still be prompted to enter a shipping address, but you can then select the local pickup option.

Q: How will I be compensated for a product that is out of stock?

A: Though we strive to maintain accurate inventory, quantities may be incorrect from time to time. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you and adjust your charges. We will not make any substitutions.

A: We do not currently have a printed catalog available for our customers. Our product line is currently available online only.

Q: What are your accepted forms of payment?

A: We accept PayPal, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa on our website. If you are visiting our physical store, you may pay with cash or any major credit card.

Q: Do I need to have a business to buy from you?

A: You do not need to have a business to buy from us. We understand that many of our customers create balloon bouquets and/or decorate for fun or for part-time income.

Q: Will I be charged tax?

A: By law, we are not required to collect tax from customers outside of Texas. If you reside in Texas, you will be charged sales tax. However, if you have a business and are located in Texas, we encourage you to register with your Texas Sales and Use Tax Number so that a sales tax will not be applied to your order(s). Please call or email us for assistance in registering this information.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: The proper and acceptable method to return merchandise is to call and receive an approved RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER within 14 days of receipt of goods. Once this information has been obtained, you will be given another 14 days for the merchandise to be received at our warehouse. Returned goods that are received outside of the 14-day window are subject to refusal and credit may not be issued.

Note: A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
There is no credit for shipping and handling costs.

Please do not refuse shipment, as it will automatically be shipped back to us. This shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.

Damaged Goods:
If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the matter. Our balloon guarantee is void when the proper foil balloon inflator with automatic shut-off is not used for inflation. The portable and disposable helium tanks found at discounted party stores are not capable of filling foil balloons properly. We will replace or refund damaged goods at our discretion.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS AND SEASONAL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
