The Zephyr Solutions Latex Arch and Column Kit is a reusable, air-filled balloon decorating system that uses weighted bases, snap-together poles, and patented rings to build stable columns and arches without needing helium.
Kit Contents and Assembly
Bases: Fill the hollow bases with sand, kitty litter, or marbles for stability, then lock the pole receptacle into the center.
Poles: Snap the two-piece extension poles together and twist them tightly into the base receptacle.
Balloons & Rings: Inflate standard latex balloons (about 66 per column) to roughly 10 inches using an electric inflator like the Zephyr ZIP pump. Slip four balloon knots into each plastic balloon ring to create a cluster.
Stacking: Slide the rings down over the pole with the slots facing downward so the balloons lock securely in place.
Topper: Use a Zephyr balloon topper cap on the very top of the pole to snap a large focal balloon in place without tape
